We are currently looking for a dedicated Women & Girls Community Coach to join us, initially for the 2025/26 season, to focus on developing our female pathway. As a club that invests in its people, we are willing to help the selected candidate achieve the standards we are looking for where we can. Ideally the individual will meet the below criteria.
Qualifications/ Certification
- Level 2 UKCC or SRU Aspiring coach qualified, or willing to work towards this.
- Experience of coaching young people.
- First aider
- PVG scheme certified, update will be applied for via the Dalkeith RFC.
- Have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK.
You as an individual
- Passionate about rugby union.
- Willing and able to work and build relationships with our clubs’ partners & Stakeholders.
- Have a flexible approach to working within different environments, Primary schools, High schools and at a club level.
- Be organised and proactive in their work.
