2. Function Hall Hire


We have a very spacious function hall at the Rugby Club which holds max 120 people.
The hall has a good-sized dance floor and plenty of seats and is available to hire for birthdays (21st and older), fundraisers, Christmas parties, work nights out, Retirement parties and any other occasions.

We also have a well-equipped kitchen for you to use to prepare food for the occasion.

Our bar is well stocked with a variety of lager and beer, spirits, bottled beers, prosecco, alcopops and wines and all are very reasonably priced. We also carry a line of premium gins & vodkas.

The Hall Hire is £150 which must be paid two weeks after the initially booking has been made, if not at the time of booking, £50 of which will be returned after all food waste has been removed from the hall by the event holder and the hall has been checked for damages by a staff member. This will be available for collection the following weekend.

Due to licensing laws, all events must be sponsored by a current club member, this member is required to attend the duration of the event. Alternatively, we welcome applications for Associate Memberships from members of the local community, these are charge at £30PA (as of 2022-23 season), and give you access to the club house, hall hire without a sponsored member (£150 Hall Hire is still required) and invitations to many Member Only events throughout the year. If you are interested in an Associate Membership, please pop in and speak to a member of staff.
